 Our classes are designed to help you find balance, strength, and inner peace. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, our skilled instructors will safely guide you through a practice that integrates mind, body, and spirit.

Intro to Yoga 

Starting a yoga practice can be intimidating, but our beginner yoga classes make it accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Our studio offers a safe and nurturing space for you to explore the transformative power of yoga. In our classes, you'll learn the foundations of yoga through postures and breath work, and leave feeling energized and centered.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga yoga was modernized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in the early 20th century, emphasizing a systematic sequence of postures, coordinated breathing, and energy control. This practice aims for a vigorous, flowing routine that enhances strength, flexibility, and mental focus, remaining popular for its structured approach and holistic benefits.

Slow Flow

A gentle yoga movement flow incorporating the full yogi breath. Easy on joints with intentional slow paced movements and isometric strengthening with poses. Beginner friendly.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle practice that utilizes props and gravity to support the body in comfortable, passive poses. It's designed for deep relaxation and rejuvenation, making it ideal for stress reduction and recovery. Great as a supplement to vigorous established exercise routines or rebound from more intense practices such as Vinyasa, Power, and Ashtanga Yoga Flows.

Vinyasa Flow

Classes emphasize fluid, dynamic movements synchronized with the breath. These classes offer a more vigorous practice that builds strength, endurance, and mindfulness. A more advanced practice that can be modified for all levels.

BUTI Yoga

High energy movements with times of rest. H.I.T. training which brings the heart rate up and then provides times of rest and recovery. Tribal and upbeat music in the dark with illuminating lights. Sweat with intention. All levels welcome.

Meditation

Experience peace in the present through guided meditation that consists of calming breathwork and provides a sense of deep relaxation. All levels welcome. Bring your favorite props such as blankets, eye pillows, or pillows.

Yin Yoga

Poses are held for longer periods, targeting deep connective tissues and promoting relaxation. These classes are perfect for those seeking deep stretching and stress relief. Yin yoga benefits include improved flexibility, stress reduction, enhanced circulation, increased self-awareness, joint health, and complementing active practices.

Power Yoga

Classes provide an intense workout, incorporating strength-building postures and cardio elements. These classes are suitable for those looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally. All higher intensity classes are suitable for all levels and can be modified.

Chair Yoga

This class is perfect for those who want to improve their, balance, and strength, but prefer a more gentle approach. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of seated and standing poses that are accessible to all levels. Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

If you're driving to our center, there are a few different options for parking. All locations are just a short walk away and provide easy access to our facility. Whether you're here for a single class or to spend the whole day with us, we want you to feel relaxed and stress-free.

3. Behind building entrance from Bilbo street.
